WHEN TO USE A WAIT LIST
The wait lists will be opened when no more seats are available in a Chemistry course. We suggest that you change your schedule around to get an open seat. If you try to register for a course, find no seats are available, AND the wait list is not , please contact us at chem@tcnj.edu.
If you get a paws error that says “available seats are reserved and you do not meet the reserve capacity requirements” that means the seats are reserved for various majors as requested by the department. Please find a different section to get a seat and a student may not get a preferred section or schedule. Students may need to change multiple courses in order to find a seat in one of our courses.
Fall and Spring
Do not use these lists to SWAP sections. Waitlists will not open until ALL unreserved seats are occupied. Please change your schedule to accommodate open seats.

If you are a non major interested in taking upper level courses please fill out this form - CHE372 (Thermodynamics) and CHE415 (Inorganic) will have department consent lifted to be open to all majors no later than Tuesday 4/9/24.
